How private is shipping?
Plain box, no logos, no visible branding, return address shows 'Nancy Lemon, LLC.' Even labels keep our name discreet.
When will it arrive?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days, free on all orders. Expedited (1–2 days) at checkout. International orders take 5–10 business days with duties pre-paid.
Do you ship worldwide?
Canada, the UK, Australia, and the EU. Duties included at checkout so nothing surprises you at delivery.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
30 days, full refund, free return shipping. Returns accepted even on used items — condition doesn't affect refunds. Used units are recycled, never resold.
How long's the warranty?
Two years on every lemon vibrator. Covers defects, motor failure, battery issues, silicone separation. Free repair or replacement with no shipping cost.
Device arrived damaged?
Email [email protected] with a photo and order details. We ship a replacement same day in most cases, prepaid return label included.

What materials are used?

How long does the charge last?
Up to 120 minutes per charge depending on intensity level. Full charge takes 90 minutes via USB-C magnetic base.
